KELLY'S DOs and DON'Ts
DOs
1) Please keep your nuts in a cool place if not using right away fridge or freezer if possible.
​
2) Keep all spices and flours in a tight sealed container or jar.
​
3) Keep all coffee in the fridge for lasting freshness
DON'Ts
1) Do not keep ground spice for longer than 1 year, rubbed spice 1.5 years and for whole spices 2.5 as they will loose their intensity and flavour.
​
2) Do not leave your flours and spices near or above the stove if possible flour needs to be kept cool and spices at room temperature away from heat.
